O. C. Welch Ford Lincoln is currently seeking a Pre-Owned Assistant Sales Manager to join our Dealership. Prior Experience as an Automotive Ford Assistant Sales Manager is Required. Requirements
- Prior Automotive Assistant Sales Manager Experience Required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record Required
Responsibilities
- Assist to ensure that vehicle reconditioning is done properly in a time effective manner.
- Assist in managing Used Inventory Turn and Stock the Right Vehicle Mix.
- Provide management assistance and support sales staff selling used vehicles.
- Assist in Increasing sales volume while managing gross to achieve overall gross profit growth.
- Assist in forecasting goals at the beginning of each month.
- Monitor, track and strive to meet goals each month.
- Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction.
- Assist in ensuring individual and departmental goals are met daily, weekly and monthly.
