Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office technology

Responsibilities

  • Promote and continuously reinforce the Atlas Culture and Values: Purpose First > Uplifting Humanity Through Real Estate, Good for You, Good for Me, Good for Everything, In Community, Make it Memorable, Simple, Empowered, Accountable.
  • Provide field support for Portfolio Managers, including building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, vendors, owners, and coworkers.
  • Build and maintain a schedule, including showings, inspections, seasonal and regular maintenance, lease and renewal dates, and move-outs.
  • Conduct field work, including setting up lockboxes, code boxes, and exterior inspection of properties.
  • Utilize high-touch communication methods, such as phone calls, texts, and email.
  • Drive to properties in the portfolio to complete tasks (approximately 20 hours/week).
  • Create marketing advertisements, utilizing Facebook, and other programs to generate lead flow.
  • Handle lead response and showings, open houses, collecting property feedback from leads, and providing that to the property manager.
  • Work with a team and different departments to complete tasks.
  • Attend daily check-ins with the Portfolio Manager for daily tasks.
  • Use AppFolio to update correct property information and pull reports.
  • Learn and uphold Atlas best practices.
  • Always tell the truth every time without hesitation; make a non-conforming commitment to truthfulness.

  • Understand and comply with applicable law and Atlas policies.

  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000/year
  • 25% annual performance-based bonus paid out monthly, depending on KPI metrics
