This role is responsible for supervising staff and the overall daily management of a designated shift in the Table Games department. The Assistant PIT Manager provides oversight for all games, game protection, and the overall operation of the table games on their assigned shift. They support, administer, and manage operational goals and monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives. This position also involves ensuring customer service standards are met, enforcing games procedures and policies, monitoring compliance, and verifying table inventories. The Assistant PIT Manager handles customer concerns and requests, assists with team member engagement, and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements.
