About The Position

Provides personal care assistance to patients under the direction of licensed personnel. Performs other duties as assigned. The role includes direct patient care, assistance with procedures, maintaining patient safety, participating in ongoing education, and completing assigned goals.

Requirements

• Communicates clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral, and verbal formats to achieve high productivity and efficiency.
• Writes legibly and records information accurately as necessary to perform job duties.
• Computer literacy.
• Obtains BLS within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct patient care duties as assigned under the direction of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assists in performing procedures for the patient population served in a manner consistent with established policies and procedures.
• Provides for patient safety.
• Participates in ongoing educational activities.
• Completes assigned goals.
