The College of Business Administration (COBA) at Texas A&M University-Central Texas is seeking an Assistant or Associate Lecturer in Management to start in Fall 2026. This is a renewable, fixed-term faculty position with potential for additional summer teaching opportunities. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and collegial individual with a passion for teaching, a proven track record of excellence both within and beyond the classroom, and the qualifications to teach a variety of courses. Immediate needs are for instruction in human resources management and international business, with other courses in leadership, organizational development, and sustainability also available. The role requires a well-rounded and innovative faculty member with an established track record of teaching excellence in both in-person and online formats, industry experience/engagement, and experience with academic program development/growth. Texas A&M University-Central Texas is an upper- and masters-level institution, offering junior- and senior-level coursework for baccalaureate degrees and all coursework for master’s degrees. It maintains active partnerships with community colleges and Fort Hood, serving a multifaceted student demographic including first-generation college students, non-traditional learners, and military-affiliated personnel.
