As an Assistant Office Manager (AOM), you will support the overall operations of the practice by handling administrative, financial, and staff-related tasks, often under the guidance of a dental office manager. This includes managing patient records and scheduling, handling insurance claims, ordering supplies, and helping with human resources functions like staff scheduling and training. The role requires a motivated and proficient individual who can manage tasks such as scheduling, staff productivity, and expenses to meet office revenue goals. Flexibility, adaptability, and leadership are key to forming great relationships with the team and guiding them to success in a fast-paced and energetic work atmosphere. Strong dedication to accurately completing administrative functions such as financial review, compliance standards, and end-of-day reporting is essential. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with local travel required to Corner Dental Locations.
