A day in the life of an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager involves starting the day in a model home or sales office between 9-10 am. The role supports the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) in ensuring the sales office operates successfully. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, understanding their home search needs, and showcasing available homes. The position also involves maintaining sales office order by preparing and stocking brochure materials, and auditing sales and marketing collateral, including the website, for accuracy. A key aspect is supporting homebuyers throughout the buying process by addressing questions about home progress and loan information. The role also collaborates with corporate marketing to promote neighborhood events and submit listing information to StanleyMartin.com and the MLS. Ultimately, the Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager contributes to the neighborhood's appearance, provides high-quality customer service, and helps achieve sales targets.
