About The Position

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager (ANSM) to support the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) in setting up the sales office for success. The ANSM will greet prospects, learn about their home search needs, and show available homes. Responsibilities include maintaining sales and marketing materials, auditing them for accuracy, and ensuring homebuyers have what they need throughout the buying process. This role involves regular customer interaction to answer questions about home progress and loan information. The ANSM will also collaborate with corporate marketing for neighborhood events and submit listing information to StanleyMartin.com and the MLS. The position is crucial for maintaining the neighborhood's appearance, providing high-quality customer service, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Greet prospects and appointments at the model home or sales office.
  • Learn customer needs and show available homes.
  • Keep sales office organized by putting together and stocking brochure material.
  • Audit sales and marketing materials, including the website, for accuracy.
  • Communicate with homebuyers to answer questions regarding home progress and loan information.
  • Interact with corporate marketing to announce upcoming neighborhood events.
  • Submit listing information for homes on StanleyMartin.com and the MLS.
  • Ensure the neighborhood looks great and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Assist in achieving the neighborhood sales goal.
