Responsibilities

  • Act as the right hand to the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) in setting up the sales office for success.
  • Greet prospects and appointments upon arrival at the model home.
  • Learn prospect needs and show available homes.
  • Maintain sales office organization by stocking brochure material.
  • Audit sales and marketing materials, including the website, for accuracy.
  • Ensure homebuyers have what they need throughout the buying process.
  • Communicate with customers weekly to answer questions regarding home progress, loan information, and more.
  • Interact with corporate marketing to announce neighborhood events.
  • Submit listing information for homes on StanleyMartin.com and the MLS.
  • Contribute to neighborhood sales goals.
  • Provide high-quality customer service.
  • Ensure the neighborhood looks great.
