About The Position

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager (ANSM) to support the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) in setting up the sales office for success. The ANSM will greet prospects, learn about their home needs, and show available homes. Responsibilities include maintaining sales and marketing materials, auditing website accuracy, and assisting homebuyers throughout the buying process. This role involves regular customer interaction to answer questions about home progress and loan information. The ANSM will also collaborate with corporate marketing for neighborhood events and submit listing information. The position is crucial for achieving neighborhood sales goals, ensuring the neighborhood looks great, and providing high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet prospects and appointments upon arrival at the model home.
  • Learn what is important to prospects in their home search and show available homes.
  • Keep sales office organized by stocking brochure material.
  • Audit sales and marketing materials, including the website, for accuracy.
  • Assist homebuyers throughout the buying process.
  • Talk with customers weekly to answer questions regarding home progress, loan information, and more.
  • Interact with corporate marketing to announce upcoming neighborhood events.
  • Submit listing information for homes on StanleyMartin.com and the MLS.
  • Ensure the neighborhood looks great and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Help achieve the neighborhood sales goal.
