Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Previous experience as a NCAA assistant coach, or high level club/amateur soccer coaching experience
• Evidence of strong organizational and communication skills
• Complete and detailed employment history including start and end dates of employment
• At least three professional references

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree
• One year of collegiate coaching experience
• Current knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the organization and administration of the Men's Soccer program in accordance with the rules and regulations of the University, Ohio Valley Conference, and NCAA.
• Developing a competitive NCAA Division I Men's Soccer program with an emphasis on the academic success of the student-athlete.
• Assisting the Head Coach with the administration of the program in a manner that promotes the health, safety, and welfare of the student-athlete.
• Having a full understanding of NCAA rules pertaining to the position and complying with all NCAA rules.
• Immediately reporting any suspected NCAA rule violations to the Director of Athletics or their designee.
