The Athletic Department at Coker University invites applicants to apply for the full time position of Assistant Coach, men's soccer. Responsibilities include: Assist in planning, conducting, and supervising all men's soccer practices and conditioning sessions. Assist in recruiting student-athletes of high academic and athletic abilities within Coker University, the South Atlantic Conference, and NCAA regulations. Work within the assigned budget provided by the head coach. Assist in the monitoring of the academic progress and eligibility of student athletes. Assist with preparing the game schedule. Extensive travel is required. Foster and champion DEI and maintain an equity mindset. Support and model the University service standards. Perform other duties as responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Athletics and/or the Head Coach. The incumbent is well organized, works efficiently and is successful with time management.
