The Assistant Marketing Manager will assist the Senior Marketing Manager with the development, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of strategic marketing plans. This role involves constantly providing new and innovative ways to drive brand growth and engagement online and at retail. The Assistant Marketing Manager will work closely with various agencies (Media, Market Research, PR, Influencer, etc.) to execute brand initiatives, manage influencer outreach programs to create educational content for various digital channels (Organic and Paid), and conceptualize, brief, and manage in-house videos and photoshoots. Additionally, they will develop and execute in-store promotions for key retailers, support campaign development, management, and execution with the creative and e-commerce team (asset tracking, calendar, emails, and other related digital assets), identify solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring, monitor budget spend and provide regular status updates, and develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal cross-functional teams and support groups.
