This role involves assisting the Senior Marketing Manager with the development, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of strategic marketing plans. The Assistant Marketing Manager will continuously seek innovative ways to drive brand growth and engagement both online and at retail. This position requires close collaboration with various agencies (Media, Market Research, PR, Influencer, etc.) to execute brand initiatives, and will manage influencer outreach programs to create educational content for digital channels (Organic and Paid). The role also includes conceptualizing, briefing, and managing in-house videos and photoshoots, developing and executing in-store promotions for key retailers, and supporting campaign development with creative and e-commerce teams. The Assistant Marketing Manager will identify solutions to improve marketing effectiveness based on performance monitoring, manage budget spend, and maintain strong working relationships with internal cross-functional teams.
