About The Position

Circle K is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee Stationstore operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role supports the Store Manager with hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and is expected to provide regular and predictable onsite attendance. The position also involves executing the food program and setting a positive example through urgency, patience, and leadership.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
