About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role helps hire, supervise, and work alongside staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and is expected to provide regular and predictable onsite attendance. The role also executes the food program, demonstrates care for customers, and sets an example for staff through urgency, patience, and leadership.
