About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps the Store Manager oversee Stationstore operations and supports the team in delivering fast, friendly customer service. The role includes helping hire, supervise, and work alongside staff on daily tasks, bookkeeping, merchandising, and food-program execution. The Assistant Manager maintains store standards, models customer care, and demonstrates urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.
