About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager for its restaurant. The franchise has 14 locations and describes opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the company. Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including operational controls and customer relations. They are expected to follow all company policies and procedures and ensure that employees and coworkers do the same.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all activities and operations during the assigned shift.
- Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
- Handle customer relations and provide great customer service.
- Set an example by following all policies and procedures and enforce those standards with employees and coworkers.
- Handle staffing and paperwork.
- Manage food operations.
- Work to a schedule.
- Maintain store cleanliness.
- Support marketing and profitability.
