About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports restaurant operations at Chili’s, helping ensure product quality and excellent Guest service and hospitality. This full-time role is scheduled for 50 hours per week and offers opportunities to grow into Manager, General Manager, and other roles. Assistant Managers work with Team Members and Guests in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with restaurant operations and conditions to ensure product quality and Guest service and hospitality.
• Review documentation to assess the quality of restaurant operations.
• Assist with training non-management employees.
• Assign duties and responsibilities to Team Members based on work requirements.
• Administer kitchen setup by creating prep sheets and assigning station and cleaning duties.
• Attend Manager and Certified Trainer meetings.
• Perform basic register functions, including voids, comps, discounts, and other table maintenance.
• Assist management with monitoring food and beverage preparation, receiving, and storage.
• Resolve Guest complaints.
• When needed, perform the duties of a Server, Bartender, Host, Expediter, Line/Prep Cook, or Dishwasher.
