About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations and service of the store, helping ensure hot, fresh food is delivered in a timely manner and customers are well cared for. The role supports the store manager and contributes to efficient store operations, team development, food safety, customer service, and sales.

Must have a valid driver's license, at least one year of driving experience, and no more than two traffic violations in the past two years.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have good mobility.
Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Assist the store manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and coordinate team members to maintain an efficient, smooth workflow.
Train new employees on Domino's standards, procedures, and customer service.
Monitor inventory and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Domino's operational standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales transactions.
Conduct store inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
