About The Position

Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager with ambition to advance into a General Manager role. The company provides a paid training program and welcomes applicants without prior pizza experience. The position offers opportunities to build management and customer-service experience and to pursue career growth across the company’s 56 stores. The role also includes involvement in community initiatives, such as raising funds for local charitable donations, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Applicants must be over 18 and have at least one year of management experience. They must be available to work either Saturday and Sunday or every other weekend. Separate driving-history and driving-record requirements apply to anyone operating a vehicle for business purposes, including deliveries.

Requirements

Must be over the age of 18.
Must have at least one year of management experience.
Must be available for either Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
For business driving, an 18-year-old must provide proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must provide proof of at least one year. A learner’s permit period may count only when documented by an appropriate governmental authority, and an officially stated license is required.
For business driving, must have no more than two driving-related violations in the two years immediately preceding the MVR, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
For business driving, must not have any of the listed disqualifying violations: leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, a driving violation involving drugs or alcohol, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
