About The Position

The Assistant Manager role is for a hands-on leader who pitches in, takes pride in their work, has strong people skills, and enjoys teaching and helping others improve. The position is part of the GMiT (General Manager in Training) program. Pay varies by level: Shift Manager, $19.50 per hour; GMiT I, $20.50 per hour; GMiT II, $22.00 per hour; and Associate GM, $23.50 per hour. Paid sick leave is provided under Washington State law. Qualifying part-time and regular full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a retail or food service background.
• Positive, friendly, dependable, and punctual, with a willingness to help others and speak with strangers.
• Able to make suggestions and pitch in when needed.
• Able to lead by example, multitask, and manage time.
• Able to communicate effectively in English with a team, verbally and in writing.
• Able to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Legally able and qualified to operate a motor vehicle in Washington State, with a valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile.
• Operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products consistently with Domino’s standards.
