About The Position

Assistant Managers operate equipment; stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete related paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility daily. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The role requires communicating with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and by phone using a touchscreen computer system, and accurately performing basic arithmetic and monetary transactions. Candidates should be personable, energetic, dependable, punctual, responsible, and quick to learn. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; may use a calculator.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Clean-cut and personable; outgoing and energetic; dependable, reliable, punctual, prompt, responsible, a quick learner, and self-motivated.
