About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee the store and its operations during a scheduled shift. The role requires judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. Assistant Managers set the tone and example for the store, manage employees, and handle cost, inventory, cash, and customer relations. They also perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Requires judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens during the scheduled shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Take responsibility for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders, including answering the phone.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
