About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring a part-time, permanent Assistant Manager (Manager in Training). Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations. They set the tone and example for the store and help ensure the team and store operate effectively. The role also includes performing Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver duties, serving customers, preparing and delivering orders, and maintaining the restaurant.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Strong attitude and motivational skills to help the team work effectively and create a great workplace.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to open or close the store.
Candidates for this location should be available in the evenings and on weekends.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
Be responsible for all store operations during the shift.
Greet customers and take orders.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Uphold a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Uniform and Grooming Standards.
Manage cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
