About The Position
Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager with ambition to advance into a General Manager role. The company provides a paid training program, and pizza experience is not required. The position offers opportunities to build management and customer service experience and to pursue career growth across the company’s 56 U.S. stores. The role also involves supporting community fundraising, feeding people in need, and charitable initiatives, including support for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Candidates must be over 18 and have at least one year of management experience. They must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday, or every other weekend. Driving-history and driving-record standards apply to anyone operating a motor vehicle for business purposes, including deliveries. Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Must have at least one year of management experience.
- Must be available for either Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
- For business driving, an 18-year-old must have proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must have proof of at least one year. A documented learner’s permit period may count toward driving history, but an officially stated license is required.
- For business driving, no more than two driving-related violations in the preceding two years, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
- Drivers with specified serious violations—including leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, drug- or alcohol-related driving violations, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer—are ineligible to drive for Domino’s.
Responsibilities
- Support local charitable fundraising and community initiatives, including feeding people in need and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
- Be available to work either Saturday or Sunday, or every other weekend.
- Meet driving-history and driving-record requirements if operating a motor vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries.
