About The Position

Savvi is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for its Mid Rivers Mall location. The role supports wedding customers in choosing formalwear, takes orders and measures rental customers, and helps deliver a strong customer experience. The position offers hourly pay of $18–$20 plus the possibility of sales commission. After a 60-day training period working across Savvi’s St. Louis stores, the Assistant Manager will work at the assigned location. Benefits are available after 90 days.

Requirements

Open availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Saturday and Sunday availability is required.
During a 60-day training period, work across St. Louis stores to learn the business.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance.
Have good communication skills.
Ability to commute to St. Peters, MO 63376.

Nice To Haves

Prior customer service experience preferred.
One year of supervising experience preferred.
One year of sales or customer service experience preferred.
