About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations and service of the store, helping ensure food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner and customers are taken care of. The role includes supporting store operations, supervising and training team members, managing inventory and cash procedures, addressing customer issues, and maintaining cleanliness and compliance with food-safety and company standards.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Support other employees as needed.
Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Train new employees on Domino's standards, procedures, and customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with food-safety regulations and Domino's operational standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
Manage cash-handling procedures and reconcile daily sales transactions.
Conduct regular store inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
