About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for running effective shifts, providing excellent customer service, working toward store goals, assisting the General Manager with business operations, and leading team members during shifts. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Strong communication and verbal skills.
Outgoing, positive, and upbeat attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Run store shifts and provide excellent customer service.
Work toward store goals and assist the General Manager with business operations.

Schedule and manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
Learn and implement marketing tools.
