About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for store operations during scheduled shifts, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations. The role includes performing Customer Services Representative and Delivery Driver duties, managing staff, serving customers, preparing and delivering products, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and professional appearance. The position offers opportunities to learn management skills and advance to Store Manager.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team; the role manages a staff of 3 to 30 people during a shift.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Be responsible for all store operations during the shift.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously by vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
