This role involves the operation of all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in-cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory and completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job training includes customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice. Customer service skills involve the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person.
