C-Suite Graduate Intern

Greater Vision Healthcare Services LLCOcoee, FL
Hybrid

About The Position

The Chief Strategy, Operations & Technology Officer is a senior leadership role that reports directly to the CEO. This position is designed as a two-phase engagement: an initial full-time summer internship (Phase 1) followed by a part-time hybrid role during the academic year (Phase 2). The individual in this role will serve as the CEO’s primary strategic partner, responsible for enterprise-wide decision making, operational management, financial structuring, and technology strategy. This is not a traditional internship. The scope, autonomy, and impact of this role are equivalent to a Chief of Staff or fractional C-suite officer in a high-growth enterprise. The successful candidate will have direct influence over the company’s strategic direction, financial health, and operational efficiency. During Phase 1, the Intern will be fully embedded in the company’s operations, working on-site alongside the CEO to establish foundational systems, processes, and strategic frameworks. During Phase 2, the role transitions to a part-time hybrid engagement. The Officer will continue all strategic, operational, financial, and technology responsibilities established in Phase 1, with an emphasis on sustainability, remote oversight, and strategic continuity.
