Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
  • Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards.
  • Ability to direct activities.

  • Must be able to navigate diverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.
  • Setting an example for the crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
  • Leading a team toward the goal of selling more pizzas and having more fun.
  • Managing staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
  • Directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone and with others, working under stress, meeting strict quality control standards, coordinating with coworkers and customers, analyzing and compiling data, and making sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
  • Greeting customers enthusiastically and maintaining a positive personality while taking orders and fielding customer concerns.
  • Operating, cleaning, and maintaining all store facilities and equipment.
  • Preparing products to Domino's specifications and guidelines.
  • Taking inventory, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in or reach-in cooler, and completing associated paperwork.
  • Receiving and processing telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
  • Navigating to customer addresses using a map and locating addresses within the designated delivery area, including diverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
  • Performing accurate and quick calculations for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and making correct monetary change.
  • Utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
