About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers. This role requires a natural leader with sound judgment, empathy, people management insight, and the ability to multitask. You will be working for a company that is fun and flexible, gaining work experience that will be valuable long-term. You will help lead the team to be the best in pizza delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
  • Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards.
  • Ability to direct activities.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

  • Ability to meet strict quality control standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.
  • Lead the team by example, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time.
  • Motivate the team towards the goal of selling more pizzas and having more fun.
  • Manage staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
  • Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
  • Provide enthusiastic customer greetings and positive interactions, taking orders and fielding customer concerns.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.
  • Prepare product according to Domino's specifications and guidelines.
  • Take inventory, stock ingredients, and complete associated paperwork.
  • Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously.
  • Navigate to customer locations using maps and possess navigational skills to locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
  • Perform accurate and quick calculations for pricing and making change.
  • Utilize a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
