About The Position

This is a hands-on leadership position at a Domino’s franchise store. The role helps guide the team and keep the store running smoothly during assigned shifts while working alongside team members. The Shift Lead assists customers, prepares food, cleans, stocks, and supports daily operations while taking responsibility for shift performance and the team’s work. Previous management experience is helpful but not always required; training is available for a dependable person with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to lead. The position involves directing team members, maintaining store standards, addressing problems, supporting customer service, and helping create a positive and productive work environment. Starting pay is $12.25 per hour, with the rate potentially varying based on experience, availability, and qualifications. The posting describes opportunities for advancement, including potential progression into Assistant Manager, General Manager, and beyond. This job is with a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which alone makes employment decisions for the store. If hired, the franchisee—not Domino’s corporate entities—will be the employer.
