About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps lead the store team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep daily operations running smoothly. The role includes leading shifts, assisting with food preparation and order accuracy, supporting employees, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, and helping the General Manager meet staffing and store goals. Restaurant or supervisory experience is preferred, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
