About The Position

Mellow Mushroom is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead restaurant operations and maintain a positive atmosphere while the team serves stone-baked pizzas, food, and craft cocktails. The role involves guiding team members through the challenges of restaurant management while keeping business goals in focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing restaurant operations, including staffing, food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Set a positive atmosphere for staff and guests, and resolve guest issues as needed.
• Help increase profits and minimize losses; assist with inventory and labor management, including scheduling, and resolve maintenance issues.
• Train new team members and supervise current employees to support consistently exemplary service.
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and staff by following Mellow Mushroom safety and sanitation standards.
