About The Position

This role involves a variety of tasks including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, inventory management, and cleaning. Training is provided on the job. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations, effective communication skills for order processing, and good eye-hand coordination for rapid and accurate movements. The work environment includes varying temperatures, potential exposure to fumes and dust, and working in cramped quarters. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, walking, occasional sitting for paperwork, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying items, pushing trays on dollies, infrequent climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, and continuous reaching. Hand tasks require eye-hand coordination and may involve forceful use of forearms and wrists. Team members may use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza wheels. For delivery roles, a valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and good driving record are required. Delivery personnel need navigational skills, must be able to carry product while walking and climbing, and will be driving within a designated area. Physical demands for delivery include carrying pizzas and beverages, driving, walking between the store and customer locations, and potentially climbing multiple flights of stairs. Delivery work involves exposure to varying weather conditions and requires far and night vision for driving, as well as regular vehicle inspection and maintenance.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
