About The Position

Domino’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead store operations during a shift. The role is responsible for ensuring the shift runs effectively, maintaining operational standards, and leading team members by example. It involves working in a fast-paced environment and completing duties assigned to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Delivery Experts, as well as management tasks.

Requirements

Possess judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
Be able to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Be able to drive in adverse weather conditions, including rain, sleet, snow, high winds, and hail.
Have a positive and helpful attitude.
Conform to Domino’s Pizza image and uniform standards.
Be able to work alone and with others.
Desire to meet high quality-control standards in fast-paced circumstances.
Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
Be able to make correct monetary change.
Have strong hand/eye coordination.
Be able to receive instructions and complete tasks within a specified period of time.

Responsibilities

Oversee everything that happens during the assigned shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls; product quality; store image; customer relations; and service times.
Follow all company policies and procedures and expect the same from team members.
Train team members.
Maintain appropriate staffing levels during the shift.
Manage inventory and control cash.
Complete all required and requested reports.
Perform all duties assigned to CSRs and Delivery Experts.
Complete additional tasks requested by the General Manager and above-store leadership.
Use a computer keyboard and touch screen to enter orders.
Perform cleaning, stocking, product preparation, and maintenance tasks as needed.
