About The Position

Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers while managing 3 to 15 employees. The role includes greeting customers, taking and fulfilling orders, handling payments, delivering products safely and courteously, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and complying with Domino’s Pizza grooming standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate staff.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Punctuality and a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Serve as a punctual, positive role model for employees and customers.
