About The Position

LOFT creates modern, feminine, versatile clothing for women and aims to empower women to express themselves with confidence. As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and help shape a strong store culture for associates. This store leadership role focuses on nurturing relationships with customers and associates while contributing to the success of the store.

The Assistant Manager cultivates an exceptional customer experience, leads and models brand behaviors on the sales floor, and coaches associates to build genuine customer connections. The role also supports an inclusive and engaged store environment, a seamless omnichannel shopping experience, talent development, and operational excellence and financial discipline. The position is regular, full-time, and based at Store 1340-Woodbury Plaza-ANN in Plainview, New York. The pay range is $21.00–$26.25 per hour.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail management experience (preferred).
