About The Position

Assistant Managers oversee the daily operations of a single Domino’s store. They provide leadership and supervision over store operations and are accountable for meeting operational standards, ensuring food safety, supporting profitability, and creating an inclusive and engaged environment. The role is based at 8615 Rockaway Beach Blvd.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• At least one year of prior Assistant Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understanding of basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology, including POS and ATS systems.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards is preferred.
