The Assistant Manager helps run a Domino’s Pizza store while learning through hands-on experience how to become a General Manager. Assistant Managers are paid between $18.00 and $19.50. Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years old; some management experience is a plus. The role requires working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handling multiple tasks at once. The position involves a range of physical activities, including standing, walking, sitting to complete paperwork, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays on dollies, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, squatting, and frequent reaching. Team members may use pencils or pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, a pizza cutter, and a pizza peel.
