About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring assistant managers for its locally owned stores serving Ellijay, Blue Ridge, and Blairsville. Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during their scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. They also perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
At least 18 years old.
Punctuality and a positive attitude with customers and coworkers.
Able to work at least 3 shifts per week and be available on weekends.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation.
Background check required.

Responsibilities

Manage store operations during scheduled shifts, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage a shift staff of 3 to 15 employees.
Greet customers and take orders.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
Serve as a positive role model and motivate team members.
