About The Position
La Clinica de Familia (LCDF), a Federally Qualified Health Center with several locations in Southern New Mexico, provides medical, dental, behavioral health, and educational services to people of all cultures. Its mission is to empower and enrich families, individuals, and communities by providing quality services. The Data Analyst interprets data and turns it into information that can identify ways to improve the organization and inform business decisions. The analyst gathers information from various sources and interprets patterns and trends. The role calls for analytical, problem-solving, organizational, computer, and people skills, with high attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage projects or be heavily involved in project implementation. Advanced knowledge of enterprise reporting and analysis tools, SQL, and Microsoft Office applications is required, along with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise reporting and analysis tools, SQL, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, computer, and people skills, with high attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Four or more years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience preferred.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
