Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Continuous reaching (up, down, and forward).
Eye-hand coordination is essential; use of hands is continuous.
Frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping pizza dough.

Responsibilities

Responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example for the crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from the team.
Responsible for staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Support and push the team to improve.
Manage a million-dollar business.
