About The Position

Ferman Chevrolet of North Dale Mabry is seeking a Qualified Finance Manager. The ideal candidate is honest, motivated, outgoing, and a self-starter. They must be willing to provide the highest level of Guest service in helping others become a part of the Ferman family. This role involves selecting appropriate lenders, securing approvals, obtaining Guest commitments, and finalizing deliveries. The Finance Manager will also provide Guests with thorough explanations of aftermarket products and extended warranties, convert cash deals to finance, and manage the placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR. Responsibilities include checking all paperwork for correct Guest information before forwarding to accounting, providing the sales team and sales managers with current information about finance programs, and assisting the sales desk in structuring deals. The manager must consistently adhere to all F&I office processes, manage contracts in transit, and ensure funding through constant communication with the business office. Tracking and monitoring F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations are also key. The role involves participating weekly in sales meetings for F&I training and issues, assisting the General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains Guest commitment, and finalizes delivery.
  • Provides Guests with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
  • Converts cash deals to finance.
  • Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR.
  • Checks all paperwork for correct Guest information to include title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting.
  • Provides sales team and sales managers with current information about finance programs continually.
  • Assists sales desk in structuring deal.
  • Consistently adheres to all F&I office process.
  • Manages contracts in transit and ensures funding with constant communication with business office.
