About The Position
The Assistant Manager leads store operations during scheduled shifts and is responsible for cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role includes performing Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver duties, managing a shift team of 3 to 30 employees, serving customers, preparing products according to company standards, making deliveries safely and courteously, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and a professional appearance.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Valid driver's license.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Full open availability.
- At least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Manage all store operations during the scheduled shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
- Manage 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
- Greet customers, take orders, and answer phone calls courteously.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently in accordance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
