About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations and service of the store. The role supports the store manager in running the store, maintaining efficient workflows, providing hot and fresh food in a timely manner, and delivering good customer service. The Assistant Manager helps train and supervise team members, maintain inventory and food safety standards, handle customer issues and cash procedures, and support store cleanliness and marketing initiatives.

Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Assist the store manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and coordinate team members to maintain an efficient, smooth workflow.
Train new employees on Domino's standards, procedures, and customer service.
Monitor inventory and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Domino's operational standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly.
Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales transactions.
Inspect the store regularly for cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
