About The Position

Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers while managing a shift team of 3 to 15 employees. The role includes greeting customers, taking and preparing orders according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines, operating the cash register, collecting payments, and safely delivering products to customers by vehicle. Assistant Managers also maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint and maintain a professional appearance that complies with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Punctuality and a good attitude toward customers and co-workers.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
